Fabrication, painting and erection jobs include pipe spools, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, columns, silos, tanks, structural steel, pipe supports, marine equipments, SPM Buoy, Jackets, offshore modules, onshore modules, onshore and offshore rig maintenance etc.
❖ Technomak Energy International FZC - QA/QC Manager from May 2013. The projects involved were piping, fabrication of mooring piles, heat exchangers made from duplex stainless steel, fabrication of pressure vessels etc.

Organizing PWHT if required as per the specification and review charts and reports.
Monitoring welders performance and to conduct training as required.
Co-ordination with clients during erection and commissioning as per Project requirements.
❖ International Inspection Services - At Tiger Steel Engineering Limited, Sharjah as QA/QC Manager for Dar Al-Handaza, for the Dubai Civil Aviation (DCA) - Dubai Airport expansion project. Projects involved were Terminal 3, Dubai Air wing, Dubai Duty free Expansion and New Cargo terminal. (From July 2005 till Sep 2005)
❖ Al-Khaja PIH-Cooper Heat Limited - Doha - Qatar, 2000 to Aug. 2005. As Project QA/QC Manager / TPI team leader for BV, TUV & Moody International on supply. Major clients include Dowell Schlumberger (off shores), ENSCO Rigs, Global Santa-Fe Rigs, Platforms in NFGP Qatar (PS-1, PS-2, PS-3, Oxy and PS-4) . Worked as QA/QC Team Leader for Velloci at NGL Plants in Dhukhan and Messaid, QP. Worked for BVat Qatar Gas, Ras Gas, QAFCO and QASCO. Last worked in the Khalifa Stadium Project as Assistant QA/QC Manager for Murray and Roberts/CCIC JV. (From Dec 2003 to Jan2005) . Successfully conducted three shutdowns in Qatar Gas for the De bottle Necking Project -Client Chioda-Technip (26 Hot-taps for each shutdown), One shutdown in Ras Gas-Gitic (19 Hot-taps), Three shutdowns in Messaid NGL with MECON as a third party Inspection Team Leader ( Worked for BV)
❖ Worked with Ms. Industrial Marine Oil Field Services - Bombay as a Senior Welding Inspector/ NDT Engineer from 1998 to2000 for their clients Gujarat State Fertilizers Corporation, Baroda-Gujarat, Gas Authority of India Limited- Bombay and ONGC- Bombay high.
❖ Worked with Ms. Field Master Inspection Services - Bombay as a Welding Inspector / NDT Engineer from 1997 to1998 for their major clients like L&T, Godrej, BPCL, Reliance Petroleum -Jamnagar and HPCL.
❖ Worked with Ms. ISOTECH INSPECTION SERVICES - Bombay as an Assistant Welding Inspector /NDT Engineer from 1994 to 1997. Major clients worked with are Rastriya Chemicals and Fertilizers-Bombay, BPCL-Bombay, HPCL-Bombay, BARC-Bombay, Gas Authority of India Limited etc.
