Supervising the OCONUS Freight Forwarding, to support FLUOR Intercontinental Inc, a leading Defense Contractor from National's Dubai World Central facility via Al Maktoum Airport.
- Provided daily programmatic oversight of National's LOGCAP IV (Logistics Civil Augmentation Program) operations and support functions including the material receipt, inspection, packing and crating, and onward air and ocean movement of cargo to multiple destinations in Afghanistan.
- Played a crucial role in the implementation of several new initiatives to include safety and compliance programs, quality assurance checks, while also coordinating with National’s IT team to ensure enhancements to National's warehouse management system (WMS).

Representative Team Accomplishments:
-Successful completion of three customer audits, including one Defense Contracts Management Agency audit which recognized the efficiencies afforded from the complete overhaul of the warehouse with a full implementation of the 5 S Methodology
-Establishment of a “Safety First” culture where the team operated for 700+ consecutive accident-free days
-Development and implementation of Work Improvement Teams (WITs) where representative members of the employee staff serve on committees to improve Process (Blue Team), Safety (Orange Team) and Environmental (Green Team) activities on the
team and within DWC.
-Implemented VIBGYOR, a new work safety culture in the program
- Won Dubai Airport’s best HSE Project 2015 award

• Assistant Operations Manager (May 2011 - Jun 2012)
Oversee the US DOD Multimodal program flow through DWC and liaise with all main stake holders on this program to ensure smooth Ground & Air operations.
- Planning & coordination of Multimodal (SEA-AIR) operations from JAFZA to DWC, thereafter to various US military bases in Afghanistan and vice versa.
