Duties and Responsibilities
❖ Checking daily in our staff and records.
❖ Monitoring and maintaing food safely system.
❖ Observer delivery of materials, ensure smooth material flow and box damage.
❖ Tracking inventory movement and update planner & purchaser when staff shortage occurs.
❖ Control, monitoring and improving the day to day activities of the storehouse.
❖ Ensure safe keeping and control accurately of good received and delivery.
❖ Stored the supplies and items received in appropriate places to avoid misplacement.
❖ Organizing and controlling the level of stock.
❖ Prepare daily stock report to marketing service department in HQ.
❖ Constantly keep the store in an ordering manner clean and maintain safely & security.
❖ Checking frozen room regular base reporting to maintained supervisor.
❖ Undertake other relevant task as directed by marketing service manager.
