Roles & Responsibilities
❖ Ensure compliance with client and company HSE procedures at site.
❖ Conduct safety induction to new employees and Organize daily tool box meeting prior to
start the job.
❖ Daily inspection of the site to identify the hazards, unsafe conditions and acts.
❖ Coordinating environment issues, waste management and maintain good housekeeping.
❖ Prepare reports on daily activity unsafe practices and taken remedies.
❖ Ensure safety signage is displayed and follow up of work permits.
❖ Ensure the proper use and maintenance of personnel protective equipments
❖ Inspection of all works on heights (scaffolding), electrical safety, excavation works, and
ensure safe lifting operations.
❖ Ensure the inspection of tools, machinery and equipments.
❖ Inspection of fire extinguishers are located provide weekly reports and monthly status.
❖ Daily inspections will take place and any dangerous condition reported immediately to the
management.
❖ Investigation of accident and near miss and keep a record of all data.
❖ Maintenance of various records - Daily, monthly and weekly HSE record
