Take quantity of villa project.
Maintain sub-contract data base and material suppliers database.
Assess tender documents to ensure sufficient information available to prepare tender.
Prepare and issue sub-contract enquiries and assessment of quotations upon receipt.
Complete tender documents for submission.
Prepare specifications and contractors proposals.
Submit tenders and complete follow up. Involved in Post tender negotiations.
Monitors and records site progress and maintain records of day works.
Supervise construction works for houses in Palakkad.
Site inspection for civil works, which includes structural & finishing works and ensure that the work is as per the Project Specifications
Ensure that all the works meets the stipulated quality standards.
Coordination with sub contractors for the smooth flow of work.
Conversant with architectural and structural drawings.
BOQ preparation of civil work
Gained the ability to work as part of a close knit management team and manage numerous activities / projects simultaneously - both short and long term
