Calibration of honeywell transmitters using SFC.
Worked with FLUKE-725 multifunction process calibrator, Druck DPi 615 IS pressure
calibrator, Honeywell MCT202, Emerson 375 &475 communicators, FLUKE 87 multimeter
Maintenance and calibration of transmitters: pressure, DPT (flow, level),
temperature. (ROSEMOUNT PT 2088 series, YOKOGAWA DPFT EJA series,
SIEMENS sitrans series, ABB 600T, ROSEMOUNT TT3144p series)
Calibration of temperature transmitters with various temperature sensing element
like thermocouples (J, K, T, R, S, E) and RTD’s (Pt100, Pt200).
Calibration of I/P converter, air regulator, pressure gauge, pressure transmitters
etc.
Calibration of DPLT for both open & closed tank with wet and dry legs (normal
method, zero suppression, zero elevation)
Calibration of smart instruments: using hart communicator (EMERSON 375&475)
Able to read and understand P&ID’s, instrument loop diagrams (ILD), hook-up
Knowledge of glanding, termination, tubing, traywork etc
Knowledge of plant safety rules and regulations.
