Directing entire gamut of financial operations and evaluating organization’s financial performance; conducting financial analysis, developing financial planning processes.
Reporting directly and work closely with the Line Managers/CFO to ensure finance and controlling matters of the subsidiaries in UAE & Qatar.
Preparation and finalization of month-end closing accounting functions including adjustment / accrual entries, detailed analysis of the P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and working capital using SAP B1 and Microsoft AX.
Using MIF - Management Information Factory and Sigma Conso SCRL Reporting Tool to file GRF (Group Reporting Forms) for UAE & Qatar companies.
Assisting Group Finance/Treasury for monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range business planning exercise.
Undertaking financial analysis, internal & regulatory reporting, accounting operations and forecasting functions; steering overall accounting operations & audits for the organization.
Vendor & Customer Management. This includes setup, transaction processing (Order to Cash and Request to Payment)
Preparation of the year-end audit file for UAE & Qatar and liaison with the external auditors.
Designing & implementing systems, policies & procedures to facilitate internal financial and process controls & cost management, liaising for ensuring effective completion of internal, statutory, and external audits.
Implementing and documenting record keeping, accounting process and accounting packages to run accounting system in the organization
Reviewing of the preparation and submission of the VAT return, ESR and UBO.
WIP reviews and Partner with service/project managers to ensure WIP are billed on time.
Preparation of the weekly/monthly cash flow forecast for review by CEO to manage the cash flow of the company.
Co-ordinate and closely working with KPMG/ Legal consultant / Liquidator / Tax Authorities / Banks for Integration/liquidation of Kinolt FZE, UAE.
Outsourced GL, AP & AR Management- Month/year-end closing.
Payroll management of various Clint’s according to UAE Labour Law and WPS Compliance.
Recording the clients sales, purchases, payments, receipts and other transactions in ERP
Assisted in developing and implementing accounting policies & procedures for different industry
Managing the Payment and Receipts and co-ordinate with banks for matters such as timely payment processing, ensuring collections are properly credited etc.
Preparing Clients statement of account and follow up for outstanding amounts.
Experience in using different accounting software’s like Tally, QB, SAP and Other Customized ERP
Effectively handling ad-hoc internal and external queries and information requests
VAT registrations, compliance, return filling training and implementation for various industries.
Filling of GRF (Group Reporting forms) for different companies by using the SigmaConso C&R
Accountable for providing information and answers to auditors in support of annual audit.
Reconciliation of Customer / Vendor statement of accounts
Reconcile payroll costs with HR on a monthly basis.
Preparation of financial statements as per IFRS & IAS
Monitoring inventory transactions
Preparation of budgets, forecasts and cash flows
Monitoring of AP/ AR Accruals.
Preparation of MIS reports.
Book keeping and Taxation.
