• Planning, Scheduling and Monitoring Crude and products for the biggest Egyptian Refineries (MIDOR, ERC) including Considering the storage capacity, the expected production and the targeted KPIs (Yearly, Monthly, Daily).
• Planning, Scheduling and Monitoring EGPC Refineries Crude Supply chain including requested imported Crudes and plan for shortage Cases.
• Arranging and Preparing as a focal point for needed documents to EGPC Commercial Department for all the Commercial transactions between EGPC and (MIDOR, ERC).
• Developing Refineries business plan to ensure achieving the strategic and commercial targets (Such as Maximizing Bitumen in some areas for large scale road expansions projects).
• Evaluating new Refining Projects and technologies proposed to EGPC from technical and economical Prospective based on the technical background.
• Technical Lead of Digital Transformation and Linear Programming for EGPC and Egyptian Refineries including LP and APS.
• Revise Contracts between EGPC and other parties related to Refining activities (Crude Purchase, Feed Selling, Product offtake, etc)
• Revise SOW of Refining New projects (APC new CDU, ASORC new CDU, ..)
• Evaluate Refineries Margin and Develop proposals for Margin increase.
