Build up: Served Airline as a primary customer in Building ULD's for their Passenger & Cargo Carriers as per their instruction mentioned in the load plan, and taking safety measures for handling special cargo (DGR, VAL, PER)
Break Down: Breaking down the import cargo and storing in appropriate locations as per manifest. Transferring agency cargo, perishables and explosives.
Ramp Operation Assistance: Worked as a ramp staff coordinating with the technical team for forwarding outbound cargo and receiving inbound cargo.
Acceptance & delivery: Accepting Shipment using procedures of IDG and as per Airlines rules and regulation. (WT, DIM & ASSIGN LOC)
For Export: Forwarding all the export ULD's to the aircraft in appropriate time as per the flight schedule given.
For Import: Forwarding import ULD'S to the warehouse and coordinating with technical team.
