Responsible for the handling of key financial accounts and maximising performance and
cash flow.
Duties
Managing and driving the account team in order to achieve and exceed targets
Working closely with account managers to strengthen key areas and target financial
growth
Gathering and presenting key data to higher management and suggesting necessary
reactions to detailed forecasts
Creating and working to financial growth plans
Maximising performance of financial team
Raising the debt from the banks with impressive pricing according to company’s growth
Enhancement and implementation of ERPs as an when require
Negotiating the commercials with Suppliers
Finalisation of books of accounts with Internal and external auditors
Heading a team of 50+ finance executives across UAE, India, Qatar and Saud
Reviewing and devising monthly / yearly financial and income statements, balance
sheets, internal audit, cash flow projections and quarterly principal profit & loss to
reduce cost as well as ensure budgetary compliance
Designing budget, guidelines to optimize company’s cash flows, managing investments
and working capital requirements. Advising higher management on optimal utilization of
financial structures within the company and proposing financial strategies with emphasis
on contractual obligations, financial management, systems and procedures to maximize
profit and control cost.
Directing the financial accounting activities (invoicing, refunds, payroll management,
collection of accounts receivable, management, payment of suppliers & contractors,
etc).
Liaising with the principal clients, vendors, financial and banking institutions on related
activities and supporting top management on contractual negotiations that effect
company’s financial or non-financial obligations.
Analyzing cash flow and business performance reports to managing short and long term
debts, cash rollover and investment proposals.
Examining collection reports to determine status and recommend changes in current
collection practices and policies accordingly, and report status to top management and
assign problem accounts to concerned section.
Instituting and implementing financial standards, processes and accounting principles, drafting manuals for the same
