I manages and assists in the completion of the day-to-day activities involving the maintenance of the building/facility, equipment and machinery, including SOFT SERVICE, HARD SERVICES, HVAC, building Electrical(Low voltage and High voltage) systems, CCTV, fire fighting’s, building equipment, grounds keeping, security and overall facility appearance. The position supervises and coordinates the work of employees who repair and maintain building/facility, equipment and machinery.

• Supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in setting up, installing, repairing, and maintaining machinery and equipment.
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of power generator.
• Reporting about the warranty period and giving preventive maintenance to generators.
• Familiar with M.BH, Visa, Perkins, Cummins & Caterpillar.
• To co-ordinate workflow with other supervisor and inspection department to determine
Work priorities.
• Responsible for overall maintenance and physical appearance of interior and exterior of
Property
• Monitors the functions of service contractors and building repair and maintenance
Contractors for the community.
• Identifies problems, notifies the property manager accordingly, and coordinates response
From the contractor
• Responsible for stocking, ordering and organizing an inventory of parts, supplies and
Materials.
Servicing, Repairing and Maintenance jobs for Heavy duty Generators.
Maintenance and troubleshooting of power generator.
