• To Understand the job requirements and to attract suitable candidates through databases, outreaching them with the help of Linked-In, Indeed and Facebook.
•To Conduct interviews and to sort suitable applicants to fill open positions.
• To Negotiate Salary with candidates.
• To Conduct onboarding for new hires.

• Attend walk-in customers along with calls and explain them advantages and disadvantages of different policies to promote the sale of insurance plans and make them renew
the policy.
