4. Measure out Current Customers satisfaction, manage contracts and clear their payment.
5. Train New company users and walk through with them during GBS system Roll-Out phases and qualify them to Manage/Generate the required reports.
6. Support the Company Efforts to get a Free Errors and Bugs system from supplier and to validate the Current Clients new requirements against the system capacity and agreement with supplier.
7. Document all GBS Customization, Enhancement and Bugs Fixes to keep tracks of all which will lead technicals to fast the company services provided to clients and to coordinate all with the supplier.

Pension system, Payroll and Personnel, Bank Customers Accounts systems, Vehicles and Used Cars system, Accounts Receivable system and General Ledger system.
2. Contributing to get the mentioned above systems Customized/Enhanced and Bugs Fixed according to methodologies and related mechanisms established and followed out by organizations I worked for.
3. Participate with other teams in common projects such as Numbering Over flow, Data Migration, Data Conversion projects.
