Working on cryogenic Oxygen and cryogenic Nitrogen production Air separation unit with the capacity of 210 TPD .
Maintain plant production depends of demands and power management.
Start up and shutdown of Pump, heaters, compressor, warm turbine & cold
production turbine, main heat exchanger using by YOKOGAWA DCS and ABB, Siemens PLC system .
Involved in Preventive maintenance of instruments and equipment .
Material balance and maintain, data of daily production report in e-log book and data base .
Loading and unloading of cryogenic liquid material from tanker with safety precautions .
Documentation of ARA, work permits, RCA on incidents, MOC, safety management.
Preparation of documents for reliability of equipment and plants. .
Startup and shutdown of ETP and maintain chemical Inventory ETP & CT chemical dosing treatment.
Waste water management coordination for cooling tower and other
