I am responsible for administering source code repositories hosted on stash(git), Rhel, Jboss EAP, IBM Message Broker, tomcat, and a few more tools. We have implemented puppet to manage common linux configuration files and jenkins for deploying apps, For patching we make use of Redhat Satellite. I am also production on-call.
Joined “Playdom” later acquired by “The Walt Disney Company”.
Closely worked with android/java developers, provided Full Stack Devops support. Built tools using java and bash scripts for repetitive tasks, was a primary resource for handling application/system downtime, network failure, and software bugs.
Worked in “travelocity.com” Systems Engineering group where my primary responsibilities involved consulting various teams on Infrastructure requests and resolving incidents in Production environment across all verticals.
Primarily worked on application build and deployment using Devops stack across all environment, we used jenkins, ant/gradle to build most of the jobs, managed yum repositories for in-house rpms and handled adhoc developer support like deployment failures, access, creating bash scripts.

Joined as L1 Support in End User Computing and provided support to clients over phone for Linux, CPanel hosted Products.
Technical Support Specialist, Primary responsibilities included monitoring servers, applications and network.
Provided first level support to Linux & UNIX based environment issues such as disk space utilization, services not responding, user creation, providing application access etc.
Being senior engineer handled second level Web hosting support for NBC & Universal Studios Hollywood (Later Comcast)
While working with Configuration Management team, implemented SVN, Linux, Hudson code deployment, server patching, rpm installation, resolving outages pertaining Dev and Staging Infrastructure.
Studied subjects Like, Linux, Windows and scripting. i was participant in district level science expo and gave presentation on TCP/IP Model. Implemented collegewide VPN using OPENVpn & SSH Tunneling +Centos on Dell Hardware which provided for File Share and Email access to students , also automated logrotation & disposal using cron jobs. Received letter of recommendation from the institute for the effort.
