Prepare plans, details, specified and cost estimated of plumbing, heating, ventilating, air conditioning and general piping
Prepare air distribution calculation, duct sizing, duct layout, chilled water piping, diffusers/grill sizing etc. and performing load calculations as per architectural data and client requirements provided.
Selection of equipments such as chillers, pumps, AHU, FCU as per load calculations and requirements
Understanding project requirements, goals, design specifications, and operational environments in order to evaluate cost, feasibility and implementation of HVAC equipment

Check all production goods and report mistakes or damaged items, escalating any production related engineering, quality and material supply issues
Ensure employees are following all safety and operating procedures, communicating cross-functionally to assist team in solving operational Develop team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short & long term performance goals
Assists in the development of preventive and routine maintenance, recommending changes or modifications to procedures depending on
equipment performance and degree of breakdown.
Reporting and recording deficiencies within the plant to achieve performance standards with regards to safety, line utilization and quality.
