I am Company Secretary by profession and i am currently working in Jam & Associates Pvt. Ltd. (earlier Swarup & Associates), which is basically in Knowledge Process Outsourcing Industry having qualified Chartered Accountants and Company Secretaries. I am working in Insolvency Team based in UK, wherein i am responsible for Insolvency Case administrations including Statutory Reports like Progress Report, final Accounts drafting and sending over to UK team. Other than this, i do correspondence with HMRC regarding VAT Returns, Corporation Tax Returns, managing case Diaries.
