Responsible for Workshop / facility development and up-gradation across the region of Middle East & Caspian. The work includes design, utility planning, select & appoint consultants /contractor, selection of material, finalize & obtaining approval of budgets, preparation & execution of scope, complete vendor management, facility management and act as owners representative for all contractual & administrative issues. Responsible A to Z to handle planning execution & deliver projects.

Development of WBS, Contract Plans, Project Management Plan, and Master Schedule based on contract & deliverables. Liaison with client/consultant on all execution, contractual and planning issues
• Lead design interface as EPC Contractor with design agencies
• Coordination for progress of activities of various discipline’s such as Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning internally & externally for project portfolio.
• Preparation of all EOT claims and planning documentation as required for ongoing projects
• Preparation of progress invoices and construction claims
• Set up project team including identification and usage of resources from available resources.

• Lead execution for Projects - Supervise and monitor on-Site construction - RCC structures, Asphalt/concrete pavements, plants, mass concrete foundations, utilities - water supply, sanitary & oily water, earthworks, bridges & culverts, pipelines and stations.
• Driving a team of Project Engineers, Planners, Quantity Surveyors and Engineers
