• Material Verification (By means of Drawing, MTC and Physical Condition).
• Welding Equipment Inspection and verifying calibration records.
• Welding Consumables Inspections.
• Weld Joint Preparation.
• Inspecting Welder’ Qualification as well as WPS.
• Visual Inspection for Weld joint Appearance and Identification as per Drawing, WPS and
Codes.
• Monitoring Heat Treatment as per WPS.
• Welder Qualification.
• Prepare QA/QC Records.
• Supervise the effective implementation of all test and inspection schedules and ensure
adherence to all procedures and coordinate with various teams to perform quality
audits on processes.
• Evaluate existing or proposed procedures and controls.
• Conduct Project based audits.
• Responsible for the closure of Non-conformance, NCR
• Root cause and Weld joint defects analysis
