The position involved doing work related to Employee Relation, Payroll Generation and updating Computerized HR Management System (ORIS).The responsibilities are as follows.
•Establishing and maintaining Personnel files like Employees’ Contract, Probation Review, Candidate Evaluation, etc.,
•Receiving, reviewing and processing Employees’ Personal Requests and Securing Regional Managers Approval.
•Changing / Updating personal data to ensure accuracy in complying with regulation and position control.
•Processing Mission Orders, Vacation Application, Termination, Resignation, Exit / Re entry Visas and ticket reservation for employees leaving Kingdom.
•Preparation Employee’s monthly attendance statement (monitoring attendance, leave records, overtime work etc)
•Handling payroll related activities to ensure all employees in the region receiving their payments (salary, overtime work holiday salary advances)
•Preparing Payment Vouchers for Vacation, resignation and terminated Employees and submitting it to relevant Management for processing as per procedure.
•Generating Summary Report on ER functions, preparing the KPI about Manpower Performance and communicating the outcomes with the relevant department.
•Following up of all activities pertaining to Payroll and Personnel Affairs and coordinating all related activities with various Saudi Oger departments
