Responsibilities
• Preparing monthly Attendance
• Preparing time sheet for 15 days once
• Preparing overtime sheet per monthly
• Preparing Budget yearly
• Fax receiving and Sending
• Taking care of mails and reply to mail
• Attending telephone calls
• Keeping good relationship with our staffs
• Sorting mails and sending to console persons
• Taking care of staff requirement
• Taking care of stationery items ordering & supplying,
• Keeping file upto date
• All incoming mails segregating and distributed
• Application updating (Leave, Return from leave, Light mission, duty travel, abroad mission, late reports, Sick Leave and Annual Leave.
• Collecting contact details for all staff
• Reports checking & updating in Daily Basic
