responsibility Are:
Filling the detail of every product on the online platform.
Managing Customer complaint give to proper solution regarding of Product.
Receiving goods from the customer. forward to the Amazon & Flipkart Warehouse.
Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly Inventory, Dispatch, Team performance reports sharing to the management.
• Coordinate with suppliers for Goods delivery.
Key role:
• Controls the disbursement of supplies and material through directing the posting of inventory control.
• Receiving goods from the venders & manage the bill separately.
• Issue the goods from the site to site when the supervisor shares the request of materials.
• Performed basic accounting functions including books reconciliation. Audited vendor billing, corrected errors, and cured inefficiencies to yield an office savings of 2% in the first six months.
• Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management. Troubleshoot any vendor delivery issues and oversee/follow up on the return process.
• Verify and track received inventory and complete inventory reports and logs
