e. External work including road, kerb stone etc.
2. Reviewing contractor documents including shop drawings, as built drawings, material submissions and request formation
3. Revising quality of work against contract specifications and drawings
4. Preserving records of work carried out and ensuring plant and other resources recorded accurately
5. Accountable for inspection and supervision of work through formal request
6. Monitoring process through daily vigilant
7. Testing and examining materials or workmanship used in work
8. Scrutinizing performance of contractors activities
9. Ensuring health and safety of staff
10. Verifying contractor quality issues as and when required rising Non Conformance Notices
11. Conducting meeting and preparing schedules to get the work done on time for projects
