- Attend hardware & software calls on desktops & laptops.printers, scanner
- Manage & troubleshoot Wireless Access point, Virtual Machine VDI, MacAfee, Symantec,
- E-Policy Orchestrator Server, Symantec End Point Protection server,
- Look after Data Encryption of MacAfee for Data Security.
- Set up Video Conferencing with Multi Party, With Cisco and polycom Device,
- Organize WebEx, Webinar, for seminar, presentation, lecture & workshop
- Assign New Laptop with Installation Of OS and Application to new joiners’,
- Provide support to all CNF location across India through ammyy admin and team viewer
- Install and provide support on Lotus Notes, SAP GUI 7.10, 7.20, 7.30,
- Install VPN Secure Remote Connection of Vasco and Checkpoint at Clint End.
- Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Outlook Exchange 2007/2010
- Configure mail on Mobile Handset at client end.
- Follow-up with the vendors and team members for the replacement and faulty parts.
- Install and configuring Citrix Desktop Thinclint at Clint end.
- Assemble Desktop if need it.
- Evaluate the hardware for Scrapping
- Give Full Support on Windows Xp, Windows 7, and Windows 8.
- Troubleshoot IP Telephone
- Assisting staff using remote support software to diagnose and fix all IT related issues.
- Providing desktop support to all group services departments.
- Create and maintain support documentation including processes, procedures, user guides and known errors whilst contributing to a working knowledgebase.
Three years Degree in Bachelor of Science In Information Technology from Sarva Shiksha Parishad-Maharashatra An International Open University.
