●Manage and Coordinate the Cause & Effect Testing, Blackout Testing, Integrated Systems Testing etc.
●Authored and Collaborated the delivery of the commissioning Documentation like Authority to Proceed (ATP)Certificate, SSC, Test Packs etc. as per the Project schedule
●Submission of the Commissioning Activity Sheet (CAS) to give the overall status of the Project to PMCM/Client
●Coordinate and Resolve any T&C related issues
●Attend all the T&C testing on site & witnessing for all the major hold points
●Instructed / Advised the Main contractor/Sub Contractors on the recommend practices as per the codes/Standards forthe on-site Testing to make sure that it is conducted safely and correctly.
Ensure that the quality of all Mechanical works carried out at the project site as per the client requirements and incompliance with Conditions of Contract, Project Specifications, Drawings Etc.
●Implement the company QA/QC procedures and ensure works meet quality standards and specifications
●Coordinate with the client representative and Main Contractor for the Work Inspections.
●Responsible for preparing the Installation Releasing Notices (IRN) documents and Handing over documents - T&Cdocuments- Checklist and transferring the system to T&C team prior to start the commissioning activities
●Resolved specialty related engineering issues by applying accepted principles, codes and Standards
●Established and monitored the program and project controls Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
●Conducted testing for Mechanical Systems like, FCU, AHU, Chiller, Fans, DX units, CRAC units, VRF System, Chilled WaterNetwork, Chilled Water pumps, Water Supply pumps, Fire Pump, Sump Pump etc. to ensure functionality
●Responsible in preparing of Work Inspections (WIR/RFI), Material Inspections etc. and related Documents prior toInspections.
●Prepares Material Inspection Request for Incoming materials as per Material submittal and
●Purchase Order. Inspects materials delivered, prior to installation on site
●Monitored compliance with the requirements of the contract scope of work, technical specifications, contract qualityplan, Inspection & Test Plan (ITP).

● Identified any NCRs/Defects/Snags and to Follow-up with MEP team for effective corrective & preventive action on the
same
● Supervised & Directed the site team for installation of chilled water piping, ducting, and equipment’s like Pumps, AHU,
FCU etc.
● Assisted in the development of multiple product lines of "shelf edge" and line of sight interactive displays for over 6
months from concept to manufacturing, resulting in successful project delivery within timeframes.
