Established, monitored, and enforced accounting policies and procedures to
ensure efficiency, integrity and GAAP Compliance. Re-organized the chart of
account according to the external auditor’s report of 2017.
Managed the accuracy and productivity of day-to-day activities of A/P,
cash disbursements, inventory, fixed assets, general accounting, and
operations.
Effectively coordinated with operating divisions to shorten the reporting

Managed a 700K petty cash, which was balanced to finalize with all
departments from 2017 as per system record, are closed and department
petty cash fund reduced to the minimum.
Partnered with the IT and Accountant of the Decoration Company to setup
and implement a successful ERP 12 program.
Supported accounting and maintained complete records of the hotel as per
the company’s policies and procedures. Maintained accounting systems to
consolidate all revenue and expense transactions. Prepared and interpreted
the financial statements and reports of the hotel
