• Discuss an execution plans with project manager, engineers on project deliverables, legal requirements and risk assessments.
• Prepare plan, schedules, coordinate and monitor the assigned crews or teams Resources.
• Monitor the applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications
• Interact daily with the field worker to arrange their needs and requirements to reslove on site issues. And provide technical support and assistence.
• Coordinate with client, subcontractors, PMT, PID and establishs a professional relationship.
• Prepare daily progress and weekly reports of the status of each assigment.
• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, work timetables, resource and material forcast reports.
• Reports to management on project progress.
