Interacting with customers to ensure that the end users had their issues resolved as soon as possible. Providing technical support included making procedural documentation and relevant reports.
Microsoft Technical Support Engineer, the main aim was to help Global Microsoft Professional Customers solve their Windows 8 Operating System technical issues. My role involved troubleshooting Windows 8 issues and advising customers on optimizing their Windows 8 setup. I ensured a very satisfied customers experience by getting the customers’ windows 8 environment running efficiently. I also had to maintain a good communication channel via phone and email to address the needs of a very demanding global English speaking customer base.
