Responsibilities:
Pressure vessel and Piping design by applying code (including but not limited to ASME 31.3, ASME Sec VIII Div 1, ASME 31.8, API-6A)
requirement and good engineering including conceptual, scheme, and detail design using applicable software.
Establishing PWHT, MDMT, NDT requirements as per code and client requirements
Preparing detailed 3D model and drawing of the Equipment and Package.
Generating and checking Shop floor drawing like Piping Isometric, weld details, Vessel fabrication drawings, MTO, weld map, General
Arrangement Drawing (GAD)
Presenting Engineering Team in Internal & External Audits.
Represents Company in meetings with Suppliers, Sub Contractors, Clients and producing documents required for
Conferences/Meetings.
Identifies deviations in Job scope, Estimates magnitude of changes and initiates deviation notices (Engineering change Notification).
Assisting project Management Team and subcontractors on matters involving design and technical problems
EPC work for PE-3 Revamp Project- Borouge
Supply of New Cyclone11-VV-403N-Borouge
EPC for New Wells and WAG Hook-Up at GIP
Project- Bunduq WAG.
EPC for Design and Installation of Lube Oil and Jacket Water Cooler- ADNOC LNG
Responsibilities:
Pressure vessel and Piping design by applying code requirement and good engineering including conceptual, scheme and detail design using applicable software.
Preparation, evaluation and recommendation of purchase requisition for piping materials, valves, fittings, flanges, gaskets and special items to required standards and compliance with relevant codes, standards (API & ASME), regulations and client requirements.
Preparation of mechanical design calculation for piping systems and pressure vessels as per code requirements (Using PV elite/Compress), and establishing PWHT and NDT requirements
Provide instruction to draughtsman for generating detailed 3D model of vessel and piping layout/routing. (Auto CAD & Cad WORX 2014)
Preparation of datasheets for materials, valves & instruments as per code compliance and client requirements.
Review and approval of vendor technical details prior to procurement and commenting on specs for compliance or deviations when necessary.
Generating and checking Shop floor drawing like Piping Isometric, weld details, Vessel fabrication drawings, MTO, weld map, General Arrangement Drawing (GAD), pipe supports locations /type
Preparation of design documents necessary for PED-CE marking of the equipment, resolving technical queries raised by PED appraiser (LR).
Working closely with ASME survivor and QC department in certifying pressure vessels.
Supporting estimation for bids & preparation of equipment specification.
Involve in kick off meeting with client and project team for job execution planning, documentation, deliberation of client design specifications, design add-ons,
Champion user/coordinator for ERP on Engineering.
