Responsibilities of QC Operator
➢ To support supervisor QC Labeling & Packaging to inspect the assigned area.
➢ Consistently meet day-2-day demands of the job based on the priorities set by Supervisor Quality Labeling & Packaging.
➢ As per the work responsibility information from supervisor/senior operator and check accordingly the printing or packing machine production batch inspection as per the Quality management plan or SOP's.
➢ Guarantee the printing & packing material quality level based on the AQL inspection.
➢ Work in close collaboration with T&E Green, PMD, PPL, CWH, Production Blue, and QA for smooth execution of production to achieve the dispatch target.
➢ Report all the L&P Major/Minor non-conformities to Supervisor labeling and Packaging.
➢ Help the new trainee Quality Operator, how to do the visual inspection stage by stage in labeling and packaging.
➢ Ensure the data entry for the daily printing production report and cross check the previous shift balance entries.
➢ Coordinate 5s, activities on shop floor to improve the work flow efficiency and strict compliance to ISO and safety system.
➢ Report daily to shift supervisor QC Labeling & Packaging all Quality problems and required activity for the day.
➢ Ensure that all the information is filled in the routine formats are correct based on the stage allocated by supervisor.
➢ Operator must relieve the shift at the time shift taking over/ handing over at each work station at each start and end of the shift.
