Erecting of Pipelines and Distribution of ALFALAVAL products for food and pharma companies.

• Prepare and follow up quotation, proposals, purchase orders, sales orders.
• Record all the enquiries, quotations, purchase orders, sales order.
• Update purchase orders and quotation database.
• Handling incoming shipments, regular follow-ups.
• Handle and manage customers' direct enquiries via phone calls, emails or web enquiries.
• Export Documentation (Pre - shipment documents and post shipment documents)
• Control of Entry / Exit Customs bills.
• Keeping record for customs for all SAIF Zone related BOE.
• Work closely with Stores & supervisor for all inbound or outbound shipments without any delay.
• Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
• Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
• Maintains contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Preparing proposals & quotations.
• Follow up orders, queries, enquiry, and quotations to all suppliers and manufactures.
• Identify new requirements of the clients through regular client visits.
• Prepare internal purchase requisition.
• Co-ordination with the production house at regular intervals for replenishments and follow-ups, Shipment planning as well as updating customers on regular intervals.
• Supporting Logistics department.
• Prepare invoicing forecast.
• Prepare documentation as per ISO requirement.
