Design & Development of in-house Cad drawings.
Checking feasibility, analyzing & Preparation of process flow diagram, control plans, PFMEA, work standards for the new developments.
Preparation of effective Counter Measure/8D Report for all quality related issues raised from customer end, coordinating with them & closing the same.
Preparation & submission of management information system documents.
Tracking and closing of all Non conformance's for all audit points.
Conduct internal & external supplier system audits as per the plan.
In-house SPC, MSA & capability studies for all critical parts.
Preparation of all in-house doc formats as per IATF -16949 specifications,
Inspect and prepare technical reports for all parts.
Ensuring adherence to quality standards IATF-16949, Maintaining all related documents Identifying areas of quality failures and taking steps to rectify the system Practicing quality standards with key emphasis on improving quality.
