Presently responsible for generating fee-based revenue streams that have already yielded $ USD 400K (as an individual contributor). Very recently helped de-risk Provident Funds from Defined Benefit to Defined Contribution structure and spearheaded efforts with acquisition of large clients for the projects, now a key revenue driver for Mercer’s India investments business.
As Senior Partner - Family Office & Institutional Group (FOIG) Edelweiss Global Wealth Management, spearheaded business development efforts for the institutional segment in southern India and prospected with retirement funds, endowment funds and corporate treasuries for Investment advisory services.
India Life Capital was a boutique investment & Consulting firm for Pensions and Institutional Funds with assets under advisement of USD 4Bn. Joined India Life as a Regional Manager and developed an understanding of the regulatory environment and pension related concepts.
Co-authored two notes for the pension regulator on porting of superannuation trust fund balances to National Pension System (NPS) as a pre-budget suggestion in 2012 and on basic structure of retirement benefits in India.
Spearheaded the business development efforts for consulting & advisory services that involved re-structuring of benefit design, assessing impact of corporate actions on retirement funds, assurance studies. Serviced a portfolio of existing clients and signed up new clients for the business prior to being promoted as their Head of Business Development in the year 2014.
Led the mandate to achieve top-line growth and sales operations of the organization at a Pan-India level. Led a team of 3 sales managers. Delivered 66% growth in the recurring revenue stream and 50% growth in cross-sell product of an associate company - Teamlease Services Limited (Market leaders in the staffing and labour compliance services).
