Develop PMR, Maintenance Plan, Job plan, Item, Task List in
CMMS & reschedules in accordance with the maintenance
requirements.
Identification of Critical Elements by using risk matrix, and
develop performance standard for critical equipment.
Overlook Project progress and see deliverable are provided
as per the plan and manage subcontractors and client and
provide regular updates.
Develop maintenance strategy selection and maintenance
prioritization & PM optimization.

history are properly populated in the CMMS/EAM system.

maintenance registers for instrumentation and static
equipment.
Development of inspection isometrics to support corrosion
monitoring campaigns (using CAD).
Perform verification of plant piping against P&ID’s &
engineering drawings.
Perform site punch out surveys and support maintenance
asset register builds.
Prepare and manage the asset register consisting of all asset
with their unique tags in the plant.
Support inspection engineers in the delivery of services.
