Responsibilities:
• Preparation of planning package and quotation for tender projects.
• Monitoring / updating of project planning, progress measurement, preparation of regular reports for internal purpose and for clients.
• Plan resource requirements, monitor manpower deployment schedules and assist in forecast.
• Provide guidance in the execution, development and implementation of opportunities for project cost savings.
• Identify and develop cost control methods.
• Coordinate with site manger to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Play lead role in project management team in generating weekly status reports.

• Identify, create and implement systems and procedures to enhance and streamline the planning activities.

Integrated Refinery Expansion Project- BPCL - KR.
Client: Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited - Kochi Refinery, Kerala.
Project Management Consultant: Engineers India Ltd.
Work: Composite mechanical works of Process Units for IREP of BPCL -KR.
Responsibilities:
• To assist the lead engineer in the execution of the project and to submit daily progress report to the project manager, client and PMC.
• Participate in clarification meeting and in constructability review with other disciplines and ultimately with the client along with the project management team.
• Ensure that the work is carried out in a professional manner and in compliance with applicable contracts, company policies and relevant laws and regulations.
• Participate in the planning of man-hours and take initiative for the execution of assigned work, in accordance with applicable standards and procedures, and within the man-hour budgets/schedule targets.
• To coordinate with the material coordinator and preparing all the piping, structural, equipments list for the erection as per the design drawings.
• Evaluate the complete Plant drawings, structural drawings, Isometrics, P&ID, and GAD etc and identify the scope of the work as per quote.
• Checking Structural & piping layout drawing, P&ID, GAD, PFD, line diagram and isometrics for the erection and plan and schedule daily erection activities.
• Monitor and get involved in the Fabrication, construction & erection activities, Identifying any risks or opportunities in timely manner with respect to the progress of assigned project and check for corrective action wherever needed.
• Vendor drawing review: All piping items as well as other discipline vendor drawings (e.g.: Pumps, Compressors, Heat Exchangers, vessels, Vendor packages etc...) for the erection and installation.

• 2*660 MW Super Thermal Power Project.
Client: National Thermal Power Corporation Limited- Solapur.
Project Management Consultant: Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited.
Work: Fabrication, Welding, Testing, and commissioning of Pressure vessel, tanks, heat ex changers.
Role: Site Engineer.
Responsibilities:
• Erection and construction, fabrication and structural erection of Pressure vessels, Heat Ex changers, and boilers and ESP.
• Analysis of available work scope as per original contract.
• Mobilization of Site.
• Monitoring of Daily/weekly/monthly progress and plan work schedule
• Holding the Work permit during the Execution of Work.
• Close monitoring on daily progress and prepare monthly work schedule.
• Close Co-Ordination with Engineering Office, client & sub-contractors to resolve out
Standing Engineering and material related open issues, which are critical to project.
• Preparation of monthly invoice as per progress report.
• Preparation of extra work claim which is not include in original BOQ.
• Preparation of PGMA, Inspection of shipping details etc.
• Take initiative & develop positive attitude towards work & accept challenge. Work as a team
• Maintain healthy work atmosphere & safety awareness within the group.
• Analysis of GA, P&ID, PFD & Isometric drawings.
• Co-Ordination with Other Dept. like HSE, QA/QC, Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation etc
