WORKING AS MULTI QC AS PIPING WELDING AND MATERIAL INSPECTOR HAVING MOPRE THAN 9 YEARS EXP. IN OIL AND GAS AND PIPELINE EPC PROJECTS. FAMILIAR WITH ASME B31.3 ASME B31.4 ASME B 31.8 ASME SEC IX AND API1104 ETC.
Quality Control as per Quality standard and International standard.

IN OIL AND GAS PETROCHEMICAL REFINERIES AND PIPELINE EPC OROJECT HYDRO CARBON AND GAS. AS QA/QC ENGINEER MECHANICAL HAVING KNOWLEDGE ASME B31.3, ASME B31.4 ASME B31.8 ASME SEC IX AND API 1104.
Major Duties & Responsibilities as QC Manager/ QC Supervisor Mechanical: -
Reporting on Quality performance.
Reviewing of all Contractors quality and testing, submissions for contract compliance.
Carrying out surveillance activities on Contractor’s construction activities to ensure compliance with approved methods/materials.
Conducting internal training where appropriate.
Issuing regular guidance and information to quality department and engineering staff to ensure key issues are effectively managed.
Assisting senior construction staff to monitor and close non-conformances.
Reporting on Quality performance at construction meetings.
Reviewing of all Contractors quality and testing, submissions for contract compliance.
Assist/prepare project quality plan, inspection & test plan and inspection schedule.
Assist/prepare project specific quality procedures,
Assist in co-ordination with construction group client’s representative and or third-party
Inspection.
Agency to perform stage inspection in line with the requirements of approved inspection and test plan inspection check list etc.
Assist in preparing QA/QC Manpower Mobilization/Demobilization Program.
Assist in preparation of weekly QC reports for client and management.
Ensure the use of calibration inspection measuring & testing instruments.
Prepare and maintain QC reports and documents.
Co-ordinate with construction and participate in resolving non -conformance and monitor the corrective and preventative action/measures.
Implement and control identification and traceability procedure.
Control and monitor QC activities of sub-contractors.
Identify the training requirement of QC Inspectors as and when required.
The used applicable company, procedures, work instructions, and client/project specifications (if any) to perform the job and maintained effective implementation of ISO 9001-2015 Quality system
Control of Non- Conformance and corrective as well as preventive action and also focus assessment for problem quality losses.
Identify the activities where improvement can be done.
