Handle customer queries and design new schemes to attract new customers.
Daily amount collection and reporting sales, collection and issues of customer to proprietor.
Keeping Records of all companies stock positions
Maintaining day to day records of outstations branches in Ms-excel. i.e, The total amounts of tickets booked and total amount of money credited to us against booking.
Respond to Query/Complaint/Request from customers including follow-up and close looping (Voice and Email).
Internal mails from executives on behalf of customer.
Booking & reserving tickets for local agents.
