I was working in Main store of KAMCO an ISO 9001:2008 Company.Our stores are divided into two 1.receiving and another Main store.I was responsible for the receiving and issue and stock clearance of the assembling parts from the Main store.also i have to use Our software to enter Receipt control Voucher from the vendor also prepare Discrepancy note to Vendor, take Material Loan chellan, Stock and transfer issue note, Inter stock transfer issue and receipt note, also i have to OK the inspected goods received report for General items.I have to prepare Stock return, Rejection dispatch also i will check with supplier Kardex report with our stock to tally monthly.
I was transferred to purchase department for Deputation during the time i prepared purchase proposal, purchase order, Schedule Amendment of Supply Status, Material Loan chellan Request, Inter stock transfer request, check mail from the material dept to correct the supply status.prepare excel sheets
Also I worked in Assembly department for deputation to take short items daily, prepare Tiller inspection request, tiller transfer note, Engine inspection request, engine transfer note, stock issue/transfer of tiller and engine.and also i prepare assembly job report.
