•Reply for all project related correspondence from client, consultant & contractors.
•Responsible for resolving Day to Day design issues affecting constructability at site levels.
•Effective and optimum use of available resources. Experience in High Rise Residential, commercial buildings, Industrial Buildings
•Identify critical activities of site. Execute high quality structure & finishing works.
•Identify & develop alternate vendor source for achieving cost effective execution of site activities & timely delivery of entire project work so as to minimize project cost.
•Ensure that construction materials received are in accordance with the quantity & quality.
• Monitoring of the Civil & Finishing Works of the Contractors for program requirements
•Checking & inspecting the works to ensure compliance to specifications and quality standards.
•Reviewing Method Statement for compliance to specifications, best construction practices and safety standards
•Reviewing Shop Drawings & Material Submittal to ensure conformance to design drawings and specifications
•Ensuring contractor’s submittals/test reports are in accordance to quality plan.
•Providing inputs for the preparation of weekly and monthly reports for Client
•Progress follow up with contractors and sub contractors
•Attending weekly progress, quality and safety meeting with contractors and Client/Project manager. Resolving RFI’s of contractor and coordinating with the design office as required

•Coordinating the MEP works with the Civil works to avoid delays
•Coordinating with the the consultant regarding the design issues
•Attending the various meetings & preparing minutes for the same.
•Coordinating with the nominated suppliers & the subcontractor for the delivery & work at site
