Regular Back up’s of all IPA & ATCA Nodes.
B-Number Definition.
Hands on experience on GSM nodes like GMSC, MSC, MGW, GMGW, HLR, NTHLR and VLR.
Definition of LAC and Cell IDs.
Augmentation of POI, E1s and TRAUs.
VLR subscriber and equipment trace handling
Internal & external customer complaint resolution of (GUI) based.
As per request all types of configuration parameter changes of NSS element.
Troubleshooting of network elements & resolving Trouble Ticket’s.
Generation of various types of reports from system node.
Good Communication and Presentation Skills with ability to communicate to customer effective
