• Studying drawing and understanding scope of works and arranging the
material accordingly.
• Responsible for complete supervision of site, preparation of bills and
procurement of materials.
• Attend safety meeting and ensure safety rules of Dubai Municipality are
followed site and conduct safety audits/ inspection with safety engineer.
• Attending site walks weekly with client to discuss the progress in the site.
• Preparation and communication of daily and weekly reports of the progress
with project manager, and Consultant.
• Responsible for creating the best environment of working under all condition.
• Conduct daily toolbox meetings to work force regarding jobs.
• Actively participating in documented job safety analysis (JSA). Conducted and
documented a daily review of the work assignment.

• Setting out, leveling, and surveying the site.

budget.
• Having a good knowledge of international codes and standards.
• To make daily progress reports and daily photographic updates.

contractors for all site issues.

• Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity
surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
• Liaising with the local authority (where appropriate to the project) to ensure
compliance with local construction regulations and by-laws.
• Liaising with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers, and
surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of
progress.
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the
site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
• Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in
order to meet agreed deadlines.
• Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site.
• Preparing reports as required.
• Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may
arise.
