ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managing and Maintenance of ValueLabs internal Network and data Centers.
Implementation and Installation of Multiple vendors¡¦ firewall i.e. Juniper-SRX, Palo Alto and Cisco-ASA for New Projects.
Implementation and Maintenance of Juniper SRX Firewalls with Security policies, Logical Systems, HA Clustering or Firewall failover, NAT, IPsec VPN and URL Filtering.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Implementation and Maintenance of ASA Firewalls with Security policies, Security Contexts, Firewall failover, NAT, IPsec VPN and URL Filtering.
Providing L3 Network Support to multiple datacenters across the world
Performing Network/ Firewall changes as per requirements written in TSD
Preparing Detailed Implementation plan, impact analysis and rollback plan for any network /Firewall changes in the datacenters.
Preparing configuration for Access, Distribution, and Core level Switches as well as ASA firewalls
Preparing Network Diagrams through Visio tool.
Prepare Network Design and Documentations (NDD).
Represent Scheduled Medium and Major Changes in CAB meetings.
Performing Junos/IOS up-gradation, Code and Template Refresh as per latest guidelines available for the Network/Firewalls.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Providing support for a variety of Data Center technologies which includes Firewalls, Routing & Switching
Configuration and Implementation of Security Policies, IPSec VPNs, NAT policies and Firewall HA.
Configuration and Implementation of WAN Technologies which includes OSPF, BGP and MPLS-VPN.
Implementation of network changes in accordance with the change management process.
Participation in problem management processes that have engineering or architectural elements.

Being Part of British Telecom’s MPLS project as Service Delivery Configuration Specialist, and Providing Support to CE & PE routers dispersed across Australia, Asia, Africa, Europe and America.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Prepare and build Configuration of MPLS L3VPN for PE and CE Routers spreading across Asia, Europe, Africa and America.
•Troubleshooting Layer 3 and Layer 2 SP related issues in MPLS Domain as consider b/w PE - CE including VRF and other technologies.
•Overseeing the installation of Routers at customer end along with co-ordination of the Field Support Team (Europe, Australia, Africa, Asia-Pacific, UK and US) in a scheduled activity for the Router Test and Turn Up or Commissioning activity (RT&T).
• Implementing security on the CE routers using ACLs, TACACS, and ACS, managing using SNMP.
•Fault handling and responding to faults on network, liaising with in-country last mile service providers.
•Handling escalation through to joint investigation with other network service providers and Client's contractors.
•Contribute to team efforts by performing other duties as assigned
Roles and Responsibilities:
•Monitoring and Managing of NOC & IDC (including the overseeing of the renovation works, installation of servers and setting up of local area network).
•Prepare and build Configuration of MPLS L3VPN for CE Routers
•Giving telephonic / field support to Lease Line / ITS / Co-location Clients.
•Managing and Troubleshooting of problems related to Windows / Linux Servers in Colo Segment
•Monitoring the performance and resource availability of fiber networks and assist in planning for top up of resources
•Manage and Maintaining the Monitoring Systems, and prepare report on performance status of the Network.
•Fault handling and escalation, identifying and responding to faults on network, liaising with 3rd party vendors, handling escalation through to resolution through joint investigation with other network operators and Client's contractors.
•Monitoring and graphing for leased line, customers, and handling of exceptional cases.
•Performing shift duties/provide 24/7 support.
•Contribute to team effort by performing other duties as assigned

•Create and manage Fiber Specialist work schedules. Identify and assign service requests or project tasks to Specialists. Plan, coordinate, and direct after hours work schedules to ensure efficient use of time, effective customer support, and efficient request resolution. Conduct performance reviews and corrective action as necessary.
