At present, I have been working with Transasia Travel (Pvt) Ltd. (IATA) as a travel consultant and travel manager since January 2012. I am an Amadeus and Galileo (GDS) user. I believe in service, so it is my first priority to provide outstanding service and rapid response to our valued clients and customers. My responsibilities also include overseeing administration and operations, including handling international travel inquiries (individual and group), tracking payments, and maintaining friendly and cooperative relationships with our customers.
Since January 2012, I have been working as a travel manager and consultant for Trans Asia Travel (Pvt) Ltd. (IATA). I really believe in the value of service, giving our esteemed clients and customers’ exceptional care and a prompt response is my top focus. Along with managing individual and group questions about overseas travel, monitoring payments, and upholding cordial and helpful interactions with our clients, my duties also encompass supervising administration and operations.
It was my first professional experience in the travel industry, and I had a great time working with our seniors. I learned how to manage time effectively, rapidly respond to our valued clients and customers for (Domestic and International Flights) Ticketing/Reservation, Fare Component, Hotel, Transport, and Insurance, also follow up on the payment, and arrangement, and handle the Hajj and Umrah Group also..
