•Overseeing managerial accountability and participates with the company’s Officers in periodically assessing the performance of managers.
•Performing other duties as assigned.
•Operations Management, Business Development, P & L discipline, People Management, Marketing and Patron Servicing Functions
•Extensive experience in leading multiple markets including planning, supervising and managing the entire operations including infrastructure development, resource planning, procurement and maintenance for smooth functioning.
•Identifying & developing new streams for long term revenue growth and maintaining relationships with customers to achieve repeat/ referral business.
•Utilizing the public information and personal network to develop marketing intelligence for generating leads.
•Ensuring high quality services, resulting in customer delight and optimum resource utilization for maximum service quality
