• Accountable for Understanding Problems, Managing Issues to Resolution and Escalating as Necessary to Meet Timelines. Evaluates Current State Business Processes, from Beginning to End, to Identify and Prioritize Improvement Opportunities. Leads and Conducts Assessments and Provides Supporting Documentation of Findings.
• Analyzes and Measures the Effectiveness of Existing Business Processes and Develops Sustainable, Repeatable and Quantifiable Business Process Improvement Recommendations (Business Requirements Definition, Gap Analysis, Cost-Benefit Analysis). Recommends Solutions (Including Technology and Business Related) based on Root Cause Analysis, Feasibility Analysis and Research of Sound Industry Practices.
My main goal is to conduct reviews of operations, functions, finances, management, and compliance within the company that will enable it to drive forward in achieving its mission and vision. By imparting the fullest of my analytical and administrative expertise in this pursuit, as well as collaborating with other control-related teams within the company, I am positive that this objective can be achieved. My years of experience as an Internal Auditor sharpened my skills in measuring organizational compliance and I aim to utilize and further enhance this ability throughout my career. Costing Activities:-
My position is accountable for the ongoing analysis of process constraints, target costing
projects, margin analysis, tracing costs back to underlying activities. Also must construct and
monitor those cost-effective data accumulation systems needed to provide an appropriate
level of costing information to management.
Internal Audit Activities:-
Duties will include but not be limited to: Performing the Quarterly Compliance Audits at
Corporate and Subsidiaries, Coordinating Remediation of any Deficiencies, Identifying and
Remediating Weaknesses in the Controls, Redesigning Controls to Provide Additional
Efficiencies in Audits, Documenting and Communication Policies and Procedures, Assisting
Third Party Auditors in Obtaining Necessary Reports and Evidence, Review of Monthly
Treasury Reconciliations, and Identification and Resolution of Positive Pay Exceptions.
Apply Principles of Accounting to Analyze financial Information and Prepare financial Reports
by Compiling Information, Preparing Profit and Loss Statements, and Utilizing Appropriate
Accounting Control Procedures to Contribute to the Continued Development and
Improvement of the Organization’s Management Information Systems.
