I am working as CRE on Movenpick Hotel Project in Centaurus Tower C . The work is in progress and dry walls from Farmacell are being used as partitioning system. It has 380 rooms and total number if storeys are 32 with helipad at the top.
Construction of Model Apartment, protective piling, installation of 2 tube wells, washrooms for labor, setting up of site office and award of contract to main contractor was completed within my contract period of 9 months.
Look after all the civil engineering aspects of the projects, overlook the bills submissions, estimates and bidding of all the contracts. Presentations to the clients on the ongoing projects on site as well as in the offices.
I look after the civil works projects and maintenance of the buildings in Pakistan for PIA, including the air conditioners, boilers, lifts etc. I also look after the Janitorial services in PIA .I have a work force of over 800 staff to help me look after the construction/projects and maintenance of the buildings spread all over Pakistan. I present the project plans to the management and attend the briefings to apprise them of the progress of all ongoing projects and maintenance.
Projects and Maintenance of all the buildings in Lahore as well as in Faisalabad, Multan, Sialkot and Bahawalpur along with the facilities like boilers, airconditioning, lifts etc. I also look after the janitorial services of PIA in Lahore.
