• Monitored quality during structural steel fabrication & modular cabin assembly, verifying
dimensional accuracy, alignment, and welding.
• Performed in-process and final inspections of fabricated steel components, wall & roof panels,
doors, windows, and finishing works to ensure compliance before site installation.
• Coordinated with fabrication, production, and installation teams to identify SOR and NCR,
implement RCA and corrective actions, and ensure defect-free prefabricated modular units.
• Prepare and review Method Statements, ITPs, and material submittals; control WIR
submissions and client inspections.
• Maintain controlled QA/QC documentation, logs, calibration records, and inspection reports.
• Promote QHSE compliance and uphold a disp. quality culture across site & factory operations.

• Execute QA/QC inspections for civil works including excavation, reinforcement, formwork, and
concrete work for tanks, pipe sleepers equipment foundations, trenches culverts & manholes.
• Review IFC drawings, Method Statements, and ITPs to ensure compliant field implementation.
• Manage IR submissions and coordinate client inspections at defined hold and witness points.
• Verify incoming materials against approved submittals and project specifications.
• Witness and document field tests (FDT, slump, cube, cores, pull-out & pull-off) in accordance
with project standards.
• Raise and close NCRs, monitor corrective actions, and ensure effective compliance control.
• Maintain structured QA/QC documentation, logs, and revision-controlled drawings.
• Coordinate with construction teams to resolve quality issues without impacting schedule.
• Prepare daily QC reports highlighting inspection status, deficiencies, and pending approvals.
• Support internal audits and uphold QHSE compliance across site activities.
