Responsible for the provision of an efficient and effective reception service
• Responsible for administrative support to other departments as directed by supervisor
• Answer incoming calls on multi-line phone and respond to inquiries in a courteous
manner and transfer to staffs/departments as appropriate.
• Receive mail and deliver it to the appropriate person(s)
• Booking hotels for visitors
• Preparing Daily Sales Report
• Handling Petty Cash
• Assisting HR department with administrative tasks
• Maintain filing systems
• Monitor appropriate use of office supplies and oversee inventory
• Respond to inquiries and provide appropriate secretarial or administrative support
• Manage repair and maintenance of office equipment
• Ensured cleanliness of the front desk at all times.
