Project: Support for H3G Enterprise Network
Designation: Network Administrator Providing L2 Support for H3G Client, Corporate sites and data centre.
Responsibilities:
• Providing 24X5 Network Support to Client infrastructure.
• Remote administration of the Routers/ Switches
• Supporting thousands of users across a company’s diverse geographical locations.
• Co-ordinating with vendor for Hardware support.

Project: BT Network Support
Designation: Network Administrator Providing L2 Support for BT GPS data
Process handled: GPS Data is process providing remote L2 data support for BT's (Major ISP in UK) customer.
Responsibilities:
• Providing 24X7 Network Support to BT’s Global Customer.
• Configuring and support Critical network Infrastructure.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, and Load Balancing.
• Good Knowledge on IP Addressing & Subnet.
• Proficient in Cisco Router and Switch Command
• Provide real-time support and participate in problem solving and root cause identification on a daily basis.
• Logical analysing the faults and perform remote diagnostics and provide resolution.
• Hands on Networking Experience including: BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, STP, NAT, QOS, SNMP.
• Maintain contact with field support engineers to ensure that repair procedures are followed and updates customer with status of field repairs.
• Provide phone support directly to customers experiencing network performance issues.
• Provide configuration support of customer devices when necessary, and follow the documented change control procedures.
• Troubleshooting TACACS Issues
• Working Experience on Expedio tool (Ticket Controlling System), MPLS-DU/ Chameleon (Accessing Provider Edge Router), Config_Store (Inventory Tools), Citrix (Accessing Customer Edge Equipment).
