Responsibilities performed as Cabin Crew Supervisor:
• Ensure all flights consist of correct crew complement, and coordinate with scheduling department regarding cabin crew department requirements.
• Supervise correct and fair allocation of crew positions with regard to outstation layovers and monthly flying hours.
• Monitoring cabin reports and making weekly summary for Cabin Crew Manager and suggesting corrective actions.
• Ensure all operational notices and manuals are received by each crew member.
• Coach operating crew by giving them constructive feedback, being prepared to answer any queries, clarify any operational issues and if needed direct the crew member to the right personnel or department as necessary.
• Manage grooming standards; monitored and rectified where needed.
• Manage catering issues.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill cabin crew requirements. Place a purchase order for cabin crew department.
• Conduct appraisal for the crew including pursers.
• Maintain records of crew performance, sick leave, no show, punctuality, customer service and take the necessary action in cases of discipline.
• Assist Cabin Crew Manager in Cabin Crew Recruitment.
• Assist Cabin Crew Manager in investigations for disciplinary actions/ appreciations.
• Crew welfare.
• Dealing with vendors for crew uniform, manual and other publication issues and changes.
• Conducting monthly Cabin Crew Coordination meetings.
Responsibilities performed as Cabin Service Coordinator:
• Designing service procedure and standard.
• Making catering service agreements with catering agencies, budgeting catering expense & development of menus for flights.
• Preparing catering orders for all flights operated by the company.
• Costing and cost reduction plans for company.
Current Responsibilities as Scheduling Officer:
• Planning Cabin Crew and Cockpit Crew Monthly Rosters with Excel and AER Flight software.
• Handling daily Cabin Crew and Cockpit Schedules.
• Keeping strict control and record of Flight Duty time limitations as per CAR OPS Part Q, CAAP 371 and Company Flight time scheme.
• Making Annual Leave plans, Training Plans and ensure correct complements are available for each flight.
Current Responsibilities as Line Trainer:
• Assessing Briefing to monitor both Pursers and Cabin Crew performance and take corrective actions where necessary.
• Carry out check flight and submit a full report to Cabin Crew Manager.
• Carry out a random pre and post flight check to monitor the boarding process, ground handling, catering, cabin appearance and crew performance.
• Assist Cabin Crew Manager for Purser upgrade.
• Performing Familiarization, Annual line checks and Upgrade training/ check flights.
Current Responsibilities as Flight Purser:
• Operating flights as purser when required.
